Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
