How do I properly care for my Always Pan or Perfect Pot?
To preserve the non-stick surface, we recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge and mild dish soap. Avoid using metal utensils; instead, use wood or silicone tools to prevent scratching the coating.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return and trial policy?
We want you to love your kitchenware. We offer a 100-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 100 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in their original packaging.
Are your products compatible with induction cooktops?
Yes, our latest generations of the Always Pan and Perfect Pot are designed with a built-in induction plate, making them compatible with all cooktops, including induction, gas, and electric.
